(Ash-Shams) 91 : 8
فَأَلْهَمَهَا فُجُورَهَا وَتَقْوَاهَا
Then it is inspired with its wickedness and its heedfulness.
This means that every soul is taught Adhikr, which is the Criterion to identify the different ways of evil and the single way of good. See explanation 55: 1-4; 76: 3 and 90: 10.
